Africa Moment is a multi-project dedicated to the cultural diversification of the performing arts, with a non-Eurocentric and gender perspective, through the promotion in our context of African artists and their diaspora in Latin America, Europe and Spain. Africa Moment organises the first International Meeting of Contemporary African Performing Arts in Spain, which has so far brought to Spain unpublished and avant-garde artists from around thirty countries such as Zimbabue, Niger, Togo or Zanzibar, and which this year celebrates its 5th edition from the 9th to the 19th of December in Barcelona. Africa Moment also offers artist distribution services, artistic consultancy and curatorship and training for theatres, festivals and cultural institutions. Africa Moment was founded in 2016 by Cameroonian bio‑architect Angel Fulla, with artistic direction by Aïda Colmenero Dïaz. www.africamoment.org
