VORTEX is an epic, visual and physical work on the theme of air transformation. This performance for adults is a terrible experience for a transforming human body in an eroded and indomitable universe. In VORTEX, rules do not exist or are intentionally false to understand the need to free ourselves from taboos. Here, the wind is an oscillating matter that works to avoid gravity and awaken our inner “Other”: our hidden part, disguised under a borrowed uniform.

Non Nova is a heterogeneous group formed by artists of different sex, age and career, joined by the desire for the audience to experience new and unexpected sensations. Founded in 1998 by Phia Ménard, its goal is to approach the art of juggling, its scenic treatment and its dramatic structure from another point of view. “Non nova, sed nove”(Not new, but seen from a new perspective) is the founding principle of the company. Its works are presented all over the world.
