We are Jorge Dutor and Guillem Mont de Palol, artists working on the frontiers of different disciplines such as dance, architecture, theatre and opera and their fields of influence on political and social aspects of life. We have a very strong commitment to a place that for others is a place of passage: to be on the edge and not in the centre of things is an ideological position. Our performance practices cross languages and develop something energetic and empathetic: We use humour, absurdity, repetition and music to bring the living arts to all audiences with the intention that they leave doing the conga and repeat what they have seen at home.
This work is the second autobiographical project we have carried out, since, as well as being artists, we have been a sentimental couple for 14 years. You are all invited to Las cosas del amor, a performance/recital of love/work songs, which becomes a performance.
