La fragilidad de la realidad perceptible

Fragility of perceptible reality

Rewriting and showing the world from fiction, where the novel is a genre of questions, where the answer is usually the search for it, the question itself: the book itself.

A literary conference with a practical proposal, open discussion, focused on the writings that, throughout history, have redefined the social situation, either by imagining others or by denouncing its cracks and wounds.

Content and structure:

– Introduction: what is culture, and therefore literature, for?

– The fragility of perceptible reality: rewriting the world from the birth of the modern novel (17th century) to the present day. Examples of authors and texts.

– Closing: participatory discussion.

Luci Romero is a cultural manager, writer and (former) bookseller.  She graduated  in Art History, she also has a Master’s degree in Conservation and Management of Cultural Heritage, and a postgraduate degree in Literary Theory and Literary Criticism (University of Valencia).  For nine years she was co-owner of the Bartleby bookshop in Valencia.
