We are made up of paradoxes, which are made up of stories. We are the stories we have lived or dreamed; the stories we have been told, or we have been told to believe or even those we have made up. We are fractals, a tessellation of social layers. Replicas with the same patterns of love, pain and death. Equals of flesh, memories, emotions, desires… Fragile beings and beasts -universal duality-.
Un mundo aparte adentro del mundo is a dramatherapy project through autobiographic theatre, in collaboration with the association Ámbit (access to the life of prisoners and ex-prisoners, with or without mental health problems). Self-referential theatre focuses on the creation of a fictional work based on facts from the personal life of its authors-actors. This performing distance sheds light on revealing elements for participants and audience. An aesthetic distance to bring to light and make visible our paradoxical story.
